Registration

Included in the registration fee:

• Our Gala Dinner social event on the evening of Thursday 20th February: a delicious meal with wine and an opportunity to network!
• Lunch, snacks and tea/coffee are also included for both days of the conference!
• Transport (shuttle bus) between Aix-en-Provence and the conference venue. Please specify during registration if you need a space on the shuttle. More information can be found on the Venue page.
• All talks and access to the poster/industrial sessions.
• Industrial attendees are welcome to set up a stall during the poster sessions. This is included in the fee but an abstract is required to be submitted.

Important information

• Each attendee must register individually. Immediate payment is required to complete registration, please have a credit or debit card available before proceeding. An individual payment is needed for each registration, it is not possible to pay for multiple registrations in bulk.
• Registration is through a separate portal (accessed with the button above). To submit an abstract, it is also necessary to create a profile on the Sciencesconf platform.
